The purpose of the Bradford Hindu Council (BHC) is to bring together the collective strengths of the Hindu community for benefit of our community and the wider society.
The BHC aims to ensure that the voice of Hindus in Bradford is heard, and that Hindus are consulted on matters which directly and indirectly impact on their lives. In addition, BHC will promote and lead initiatives which positively contributes to the local community and intends to bring together the collective strengths of the Hindu community for benefit of the wider society.
The Bradford Hindu Council is looking forward to working with all the local authorities in Bradford and surrounding areas, making sure our voice is heard in all circles and actively contributing to wealth and prosperity of the City. The Hindu customs, traditions and festivals have enhanced Bradford’s reputation as a truly multicultural centre on the world stage and this will be further strengthened by the whole of the Hindu community coming together under the banner of BHC
